Spanish innovation shone in the technological heart of Asia. From November 16-17, Eyesynth participated as a guest company at Toyota Mobility Solutions 2024, the prestigious event held in Japan that brought together visionary companies, disruptive startups and international experts in smart and accessible mobility.

During the event, Eyesynth presented its NIIRA system, an audiovisual perception device that transforms the visual environment into three-dimensional sound.

The team conducted live demonstrations, where attendees were able to see firsthand how intuitive this sensory technology is. In addition, many were surprised to interact with NIIRA’s conversational interface, which allows them to request descriptions of the environment and receive contextual information in real-time. The device not only detects obstacles, but is also able to identify objects and spaces, making it a true mobility companion.

Participation in the event marked an important milestone for Eyesynth, consolidating its position as an international benchmark in inclusive technology solutions. The reception was exceptional, and new avenues of collaboration were opened with Japanese technology companies interested in integrating NIIRA’s technology in the field of urban mobility and autonomous vehicles.

“Japan has been a transformative experience for our team,” commented Antonio Quesada, CEO of Eyesynth. “We are honored to have shared our vision for the accessibility of the future and to have connected with such an advanced ecosystem committed to inclusion.”

Eyesynth returns from Japan with new allies, renewed ideas and the same mission as always: to enable blind and low vision people to perceive their environment in a radically new way.
