Eyesynth, the Spanish company specializing in assistive technology, is preparing to present its innovative NIIRA system at SightCity Frankfurt 2025, the largest European event dedicated to solutions for the visually impaired. The Eyesynth team will be present from May 21-23 in Frankfurt to show first-hand how its technology converts visual space into sound, opening up new possibilities for mobility and personal independence.

During SightCity, attendees will be able to experience how NIIRA makes it possible to perceive overhead obstacles, such as branches, awnings or overhead signs, up to five meters in advance. This makes the device the perfect complement to the white cane or guide dog, providing an extra layer of safety, especially in complex urban environments. From the very first moment, users begin to identify spaces and obstacles through hearing; and the more it is used, the more detailed the perception becomes. The limit is set by the user himself.

NIIRA not only translates space into sound, it incorporates advanced intelligence. It is able to describe your location, identify objects and respond to voice commands, making it a personal assistant that evolves with you. Within days of use, users learn to accurately distinguish their surroundings, and with practice, they discover details they could never perceive before.

In addition to hands-on demonstrations at the booth, the Eyesynth team will participate in networking sessions with industry professionals, distributors and representatives of associations for the visually impaired. The goal: to expand the impact of NIIRA and facilitate its access in more countries and communities.

With a proposal that combines cutting-edge technology, accessible design and real impact on people’s lives, Eyesynth arrives at SightCity Frankfurt with a clear message: “You will perceive your environment in a radically new way”.
